Dental Impressions Seminar Recap

For those dentists and team members unable to attend, Renstrom Dental Studio and Crocus Dental Technology held an evening dental CE clinic on June 26, which covered tips for taking better impressions.

GC America co-sponsored the event and Representative Angela Usher was the presenter. The night started with a short social hour and appetizers, followed by the presentation and some hands-on demonstrations.

It was a fun learning experience for all members of the dental office. As we all know, an accurate impression is crucial in a successful crown and bridge case. Angela answered many dental impression questions as everyone discussed and shared their own techniques. She also demonstrated using the different dental materials and dentists and team members alike seemed eager to get back to the office and give their samples a try. Other topics discussed consisted of tray selection, tooth preparation, clinical challenges, taking the impression, and also the latest advancements.
