Lab Service Enhancements

Free Shipping

Pick up and delivery provided for all customers in the Twin Cities Metro. Free mail or UPS for those outside of the Metro.

Shade Selection

If faced with a difficult shade match, send your patient directly to the lab for a custom shade (free of charge).

Quality Control

The owners of RDS are lab technicians. Every case is checked thoroughly throughout the lab process and final checked before being returned.

Reliable Communication

We send report cards with every case and keep track of all the feedback received from them. Our technical representative follows up on your feedback with regular office visits to maintain our high standard of quality.

Dental Laboratory Policies

Turnaround

Standard turnaround is ten working days but any rush case will be accommodated with notice.

Remakes

We guarantee the craftsmanship of all of our work for five years.

Discounts

We honor a 2% discount* when payment is received by the 10th of the month.

An additional 3% discount is given if you send us at least 85% of your crown and bridgework.

(*2% discount only applicable when paying by credit card.)
